OMFG, these people piss me off. I understand why the big push. Backlash against the attacks on the Kamehameha Schools is part of the problem, and now backlash against OHA being forced to allow non-hawaiians to participate in the Office of Hawaiian Affairs. On that, however, even Kam school had non-hawaiians running the trust and the school and teaching, but for the benefit of the aborigine children. But this is silly. I think it's unfortunate that the federal court could rule how someone could use their own personal money with regards to whom it benefits, and the OHA decision is whack, because there is no problem with this kind of thing in regards to hispanics, blacks, and indians; and only indians are in the same smacked down category as the hawaiians.
